According to a report from AOL's Entertainment and round the clock celebrity justice website TMZ.com Jon and Kate Gosselin just filed papers for divorce. The source is likely solid, the website cites People.com for the Gosselin divorce announcement.

How bad will this get for the kids and how high will the ratings climb as this couple drag their kids through the public split of their failed marriage? An earlier report from Star Magazine called them a "Fractured Family" and that seems very accurate now and the magazine added this.
