Sarah Palin Federal Indictment - Cheating Scandal for Maria Belen Chapur & Mark Sanford

The Republican Party is struggling and at times can't seem to get out of its own way. Thanks to what is being called a possible "Sarah Palin Federal Indictment" that is supposedly looming (haven't we heard this all before?) and the Argentina mistress Maria Belen Chapur and her crazy lover and SC Gov. Mark Sanford (GOP as well, of course) and their cheating scandal that Sanford can't stop talking about, the Republican woes not only are continuing, but are amplifying.

Governors were once thought to be the saviors for the party stuffed with Washington, DC country club type insiders, but they have fallen apart of late, as 2012 presidential favorite Sarah Palin has resigned and there are rumors of some sort of a federal indictment.

Another mentioned as 2012 presidential material was Mark Sanford, the current South Carolina governor. Maria Belen Chapur derailed his bid as he was shacking up with the shapely TV reporter and trading X-rated e-mails back and forth. He was in love - or so he says. A photo of the woman is here.
Sex stories, rumors of infidelity and all sorts of accusations surrounded Sarah Palin right after she was nominated as well. Though none were proven true about Palin, her daughter was ripped in the media when it was discovered she was unmarried and pregnant and recently David Letterman crossed the line with a horrible "joke" about her 14-year old daughter. He later apologized over and over.

More on the possible indictment from Beth Shaw as she groups together the whispers and guesses as to why Palin quit here. Has the GOP rid itself of two of the wild cards? Where does the party turn?
