It's long been observed by many that Angelina Jolie just doesn't want to marry Brad Pitt.  Brad has always been known as the traditional family man while the twice married Jolie is more of a 'free spirit.'

Now it appears that after much study Jolie has given Brad a new excuse why the pair won't make the altar. 

Brad offers up a vague quote that seems to support gay marriage but as he is so aloof it could also mean that Angelina has decided not to marry him until brothers can marry sisters.

"Angie and I will consider tying the knot when everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able," the 42-year-old actor reveals in the October edition of Esquire.

As Angelina once French kissed her brother live on TV and claimed she was "in love" with him - Pitt may want to tighten that quote up just a bit if he ever tries it again. 

Satire writers should have a blast with this one.

Is that Jolie that frightened of marriage?  Brad Pitt has reportedly repeatedly asked her and given up.  An earlier report by Julie Pike detailed that Angelina has been told by Pitt that the couple won't adopt again until the pair are hitched. 

Star Magazine claims that regardless of Brad’s ultimatum, Angelina still looking to adopt children one from Russia and the other from the Dominican Republic.

Citing a source the magazine reports, “She says that if she and Brad really love each other, they can still be a family without walking down the aisle.”  Most reports have stated that Jolie is adamantly against marriage.

“As much as he loves kids, Brad’s decided to take a stand,” a source tells Star according to the report. “He’s putting his foot down.”

An insider told the magazine, “He doesn’t want the kids growing up knowing their mom and dad are not husband and wife. At Maddox’s school recently, one of the kids in his class called Angelina ‘Mrs. Pitt,’ and she corrected him.

"It upsets Brad to know his children’s mom is not his wife.”
