Officials had not released the official autopsy report on Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel Wayne Smith yesterday but the mystery deepens with each passing hour. TMZ reports it has learned that sources connected to the investigation also say any allegations of negligence on the hospital's part are unfounded.

There was no shortage of oxygen, as had been previously reported. There was no blood or vomit in the room either and we're told no drugs or alcohol was found in the room.
Sources say, however, Daniel's airplane flight to the Bahamas may provide a critical clue as to the possible cause of his death. TMZ has learned that personnel on board the flight are being interviewed by police and there are rumblings that alcohol on board the aircraft may have been a factor.

Reports from the Bahamas claim that Anna Nicole tried frantically to revive her 20-year-old son even after he had been pronounced dead by officials at the Bahamas hospital where the former Playboy centerfold had given just days before, her attorney said on Wednesday.
The Nassau Guardian reports that "On Sunday, September 10, at 6:20a.m., it was noted by one of our associates that Daniel was attending to his mother's comfort. Subsequently, he was observed to be asleep on multiple occasions," said President & CEO of Doctors Hospital, Barry Rassin. "At 9:38 a.m., the nurse was called, following which physicians on the floor were immediately summoned. Recognising Daniel was unresponsive ...a code blue was called and the team responded. Resuscitative efforts using
Advanced Life Support protocol continued for twenty-two minutes, without response." Daniel was pronounced dead at 10:05 am, he said.

Another source from the UK is speculating murder. Life Style UK reports that Anna Nicole Smith's son may have been killed, according to reports.
Just days after saying foul play was not suspected, medical experts now believe Daniel Smith's death is "suspicious" and could lead to criminal charges being filed.
Bradley Neely, the chief inspector of the Bahamas coroner's office confirmed: "Whenever there is a suspicious death we would have an inquest to determine how the person died."
Now add that Anna Nicole was so distraught by the death of her son in the Bahamas that she had to be sedated and later suffered memory loss of the event, her lawyer said.
