County music singer and former 'Dancing with the Stars' contestant Sara Evans has had a rough two weeks. Evans filed for divorce from her husband and had to quit the ABC Reality TV show after court documents made claims that her husband was having an affair with the couple's ex Nanny Alison Clinton.

Now as predicted by Cyndi James, a claim has been made that Sara’s attorney told the nanny’s litigator that he was in possession of some compromising photos of Evans’ husband, Craig Schelske, with Alison Clinton.

It could be the smoking gun in the Sara Evans divorce trial, as "Extra" revealed the evidence Sara’s lawyers may have on the nanny on the Friday night edition of the television show.
The pictures have yet to be seen by the public but the photos are risqué according to the report and how long will it be until the pics are leaked someone places the photographs online?

Alison’s lawyer, Ronnie Berke, admitted that he had been told of the alleged photos by opposing counsel but insisted it was a fabrication and isn’t true.
"Bring it on," Berke persisted. "There are no pictures of Alison doing anything improper with Craig."

How would he know? If the pictures are real - this is indeed a bombshell and would explain why the lovely Sara is in so much pain.
