So - how did she do it?  According to an item in Us Weekly it was a variety of things that kept her mind and body healthy including her work out regime.

The weekly entertainment magazine cites the December issue of 'Self' where Jennifer dishes, "I was in need of getting scoped up," and notes that she refused to dwell on the past.  Using Yoga - Jen kept her mind and body free of the whole mess of Angie and Brad.

She worked with celebrity trainer Mandy Ingber according to the article and divulges her routine.

Her favorite exercises included the "one-arm balance" where she begins is a push up position then raises her right hand while keeping her left hand planted.  The striking actress reveals she likes this exercise because "I'm holding myself up."

She also reveals her playlist includes new daddy Seal's "Let Me Roll," and Coldplay's "Speed of Sound."  She also gets into the classic Rolling Stones track "Wild Horses."

Aniston reportedly also cleaned out her system with tears.  "I was crying through moves," she reveals to the magazine.   "It's good to get this stuff out.  You feel like you are having a therapy session."

Whatever Jennifer used - it certainly worked.  She came through the split stronger than ever, even causing GQ to name her "Man of the Year" for her attitude.
