An item from Star Magazine says don't believe the hype and gives this report.

Internet rumors swirled on Nov. 28 that Jennifer Love Hewitt, 27, was carrying boyfriend Ross McCall's child because while she was grocery shopping in Los Angeles over Thanksgiving weekend, onlookers noticed her stomach looked a bit larger than normal.

Cue the rep™:

Jennifer's publicist tells Star, "There's 100 percent no truth to this. It's completely ridiculous. Jennifer is not pregnant. A Web site made up that story after reading some internet comments on perezhilton.com. Perez didn't even write that story. So it came out of some web talk."

The report online called it this way:

Jennifer, 27, is seen with her hair in pigtails wearing a large white flowery dress which hangs almost to the floor, skimming over her apparent bump.  The ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ actress was out grocery shopping with actor boyfriend Ross McCall during Thanksgiving weekend and seemed to be sporting a sizeable bump.
