According to Bahamian sources, cited by Extra TV, four additional drugs were discovered in the teen’s body, and in preliminary testing looked to be eight times the legal dose.

Dr. Cyril Wecht, a private pathologist hired by the Smith family, confirms to People Magazine that the antidepressant Amitriptyline, as well as two over-the-counter cold medicines, were found in Daniel's body along with methadone and the antidepressants Lexapro and Zoloft.
The weekly magazine cites another source that claims that a mild over-the-counter sedative was also found in the 20-year-old's system.

However, according to a report on the magazine's web site - Wecht said the other medications played no role in Daniel's death, and reiterated his assertion that Daniel was killed by the combination of Lexapro, Zoloft and methadone.
Of the other medications, he said, "The levels are insignificant and they don't mean a thing."
"They're of no consequence."

Smith is now in the hospital in the Bahamas with pneumonia, brought on by “a sudden change of weather” in the Bahamas, where she’s stationed herself since Daniel’s September death.
