Meanwhile according to Star Magazine, K-Fed is set to go 'GQ.'
The weekly magazine notes that while Britney is out at the Los Angeles nightclub scene, wearing no underwear, and wreaking havoc with new BFF Paris Hilton, Kevin has embraced a new fashion sensibility and toned down his partying.
Citing his pal DJ Irie, the Miami-based deejay who first met Kevin and Britney last Spring while spinning at Miami nightclub Mansion the magazine details the attitude adjustment for Federline.
Irie tells Star, "He's switched his look to 'GQ.' It's just a new phase in his life. He really is just trying to walk a straight line. He's doing the 'GQ' thing now everyday. It's a great, great look for him. It's not just something you're going to see today and tomorrow - it's going to be there for awhile."

The item adds that Kevin is determined to obtain custody of his boys.
"He's going to fight with everything's he's got," DJ Irie says. "He's going to fight hard. He wants his kids with him. There's no question about it. He's a great dad!"
