"American Pie" star Natasha Lyonne made headline for all of the wrong reasons when she was arrested after threatening to sexually abuse a neighbor's dog in 2004. The complaint at the time said that Lyonne ripped a mirror off the wall, picked up the woman's dog and said, "I'm going to sexually molest your dog."

A collective yuck was heard around the celebrity watcher world as many tried to figure out exactly what she was thinking with a comment like that.
Lyonne, 27, was charged at the time with criminal mischief, criminal trespass and harassment in December 2004 after she entered a female neighbor's Gramercy Park apartment screaming and yelling, according to a misdemeanor complaint.

On Friday she was freed of all charges when a judge promised to dismiss the charges against her.
Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Anthony J. Ferrara said because Lyonne successfully completed a court-ordered drug program and paid $2,000 restitution, he was sentencing her to a conditional discharge, the Associated press reports.

The AP report also states that during the Friday proceeding, drug counselor Heather Hayes told the judge Lyonne completed an inpatient drug program in February and was continuing to receive outpatient counseling.
"She's done excellently, very well," Hayes said.
