Jennifer Aniston on Breasts: They're Real and They're Spectacular

Jennifer Aniston created quite the buzz when she took the stage on live television at the People's Choice Awards looked tanned, rested and - well buxom.  The American beauty was busting out - showing lots of cleavage  - and looking so fantastic that some even suggested that she had 'snuck off' and received breast implants.

Next - when the star actress was spotted leaving the offices of plastic surgeon Dr. Raj Kanodia by the paparazzi the buzz was that she had a nose job and plastic surgery.

Jennifer took to People Magazine last week to try and clear the air saying that her breasts were real and they are spectacular.  Actually she said something just a bit different but the result is the same.  The magazine asked Jennifer about the two surgery reports.

Currently the tabs are having a field day over rumors about plastic surgery – your nose, your boobs. What's going on?

Aniston responded, "(Laughs) It's funny. I had [a deviated septum] fixed – best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years. As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it's still mine. All of it. Still mine."

They're still gonna run before and after pictures, People noted to the actress.   "Short of letting everybody have a feel, I don't know what else to do. I really am pretty happy with what God gave me," Jen deadpanned.
