DEAR STACY: Please identify the men sitting around talking in that Miller Lite round table commercial. Why don't they tell us? It drives me crazy. It is Burt Reynolds, right? -- B.J., Torrance, Calif.

DEAR B.J.: Yes, it's Reynolds leading those "Man Law" discussions that also include: football greats Jim Kelly and Jerome Bettis; boxer Oscar de la Hoya; motocross champ (and Pink's husband) Carey Hart; wrestler Triple H.

Also actor/comedians Eddie Griffin and Jackie Flynn; actors Zen Gesner and Johnny Holiday; Aron Ralston, the rock climber who cut off part of his arm after being pinned under a boulder; actor/musician Paul Renteria; pilot/astronaut Brian Binnie; rodeo star Ty Murray, and former NFL referee Jerry Markbreit.

DEAR STACY: I've fallen in love with the voice of Josh Groban. Can you tell about his background? And is he married? -- Barbara L., Cleveland

DEAR BARBARA: Groban, who turns 26 years old Feb. 27, is not married. Last summer, he and actress January Jones broke up after three years in a relationship. He was born Joshua Winslow Groban in Los Angeles, spent time at Carnegie Mellon University and became a protege of record producer David Foster in 1998. He performed at a number of high-profile benefits while still a teen, attracting the attention of producer David Kelley, who had the singer written into "Ally McBeal," for which he recorded his song "Still You." His self-titled debut album sold a million and a half copies in its first year of release. His second album, "Closer," scored another hit for him, and his latest album, "Awake," shot right to the top of the crossover charts. If all has gone according to plan, he launched a world tour in support of "Awake" in Verona, N.Y., yesterday (2/17). Other notable accomplishments include his "Josh Groban In Concert" and "Live At the Greek" PBS specials/DVDs. Besides that lilting baritone, he can play a wide variety of instruments, including piano, drums, accordion, marimba, triple-neck electric guitar, flugelhorn and dulcimer.

DEAR STACY: Whatever happened to the young actor Richard Beymer, who had roles in "The Diary of Anne Frank" and "West Side Story"? Did he perform in any other movies? -- Ray A.N., Riverdale, N.Y.

DEAR RAY: He did. Though Beymer's career never delivered the major stardom for which he seemed destined back in the early '60s, the actor, who turns 69 on Feb. 20, has certainly done a lot of other things. His films range from the acclaimed 1962 war movie "The Longest Day" to the early Angelina Jolie vehicle "Foxfire." He was featured in the series "Twin Peaks" and had multiple appearances on shows such as "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine." Other episodic series credits include "Family Law," "Profiler," "The X-Files" and "Murder, She Wrote."

DEAR STACY: I would like to know about the comedian Louie Anderson -- his health, what he's doing. I haven't heard about him in a long time. -- Jay. T., New York

DEAR JAY: Anderson, 53, has a nightly-except-Fridays gig at Las Vegas' Excalibur Hotel and Casino. He's reportedly keeping to a more healthy lifestyle these days, having quit smoking and confronted drug and alcohol problems -- and having undergone double bypass surgery in 2003. He pops up on TV occasionally, and does voice work here and there, including a guest stint on the Adult Swim animated show "Tom Goes to the Mayor."

DEAR STACY: I have been watching "Watch Over Me" every night since it started. I love all the intrigue. I like Dayanara Torres, but I have a crush on "Jack." What else has he done? -- Susan V., New York, N.Y.

DEAR SUSAN: Handsome Todd Cahoon, who plays the infatuated bodyguard on "Watch Over Me," has previously been seen in several episodic series, including "Charmed" and "Without a Trace." The MyNetwork series marks a breakthrough for Cahoon, who is 33 years old, engaged to be married, and hails from San Jose, Calif.

DEAR STACY: Are Zooey Deschanel of "Elf" and other movies and Emily Deschanel of "Bones" sisters? If so, which is the elder? -- Chris T., Cleveland

DEAR CHRIS: Zooey, 27, is the younger sister of 30-year-old Emily. Their dad is esteemed Hollywood cinematographer Caleb Deschanel ("The Passion of the Christ") and mom is one-time "Twin Peaks" actress Mary Jo Deschanel.

DEAR STACY: A friend told me that Mr. Rogers of "Mr. Rogers Neighborhood" was a Navy Seal when he was young. I find this very hard to believe. Can you please settle this? -- G.N., Brooklyn, N.Y.

DEAR G.N.: There's no truth to that persistent story, or to the urban legend that the beloved children's entertainer was an Army sniper, or a Marine. The late Fred Rogers didn't serve in the military. He was, however, an ordained Presbyterian minister.
