Anna Nicole Smith Clown Tape 'Worth Money' for Howard K Stern

In what can only be described as a sad tape that aired on Fox News on Monday night, Anna Nicole Smith is shown with clown make up on and looking extremely out of it while she talks to a camera that is being operated by Howard K Stern.   TMZ calls it a stunning video that "shows a barely functional Anna Nicole Smith, stammering and stuttering, as Howard K. Stern rhapsodizes about how much money the clip will be worth."

The tape, which aired Monday night on Greta Van Susteren's show on Fox News Channel, shows an eight-month pregnant Smith, her face painted like a clown and TMZ.Com speculates that Anna is clearly "stoned out of her mind." As she talks to a doll in a baby carriage as if it's real, Stern repeatedly says, "Is this a mushroom trip?" He then adds, "I'm kidding."

Another part of the tape shows Smith even more out of it. Stern's comment.  "This footage is worth money."

In other news from Monday, the doctor who prescribed methadone for Anna Nicole while she was pregnant insists his treatment for the star was "medically sound and appropriate." Dr. Sandeep Kapoor is currently under investigation by the Medical Board of California after documents surfaced on the internet suggesting he had prescribed methadone to Smith.

According to the Star Pulse News Blog, Kapoor defended his actions to the nightly entertainment news show "Access Hollywood," explaining, "All I can say is that she had a healthy baby girl. The baby didn't have any withdrawals, the baby was healthy. So it's obvious she was not taking drugs."

Although he claims Smith was not taking drugs while she was pregnant, in a statement through his lawyer Kapoor claims he prescribed Smith methadone for pain management, adding that "methadone is approved for use by pregnant patients."

Smith gave birth to daughter Dannielynn in the Bahamas in September. The former Playboy Playmate was found dead in a hotel suite in Hollywood, Florida on February 8.
