Howard K Stern claimed in a statement that less than 24 hours after Anna Nicole Smith's death that persons purporting to act on behalf of G. Ben Thompson, including his son-in-law Stancil (Ford) Shelly and Tracy Gurguson went onto the property where he and Anna were staying at in the Bahamas and had the locks changed. Stern also claimed a laundry list of items were stolen. The lawyer said that the alleged stolen items included computers, external hard drives, mini DV tapes, and DVD's ---containing all of Anna Nicole's personal digital pictures and digital home videos.

Now Life & Style Weekly claims that Anna's personal diary was stolen as well. The magazine first notes that Since Anna Nicole Smith died at age 39 on Feb. 8, everyone from her estranged mother to Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband has weighed in on the late starlet and who is the real father of baby Dannielynn Hope.
The report speculates that Anna herself will get the last word: Detailed diaries she kept were among items recently stolen from her home in the Bahamas, says an insider. Though most of the items were later recovered, copies could have been made - a possibility that worries many people.

The article then sates that it is Stern that is concerned, or at least should be. An insider dishes to the weekly entertainment magazine, "Anna poured her heart out in those diaries, so you can bet they tell who the real father of Dannielynn is."
How about a DNA test?
