Antonella Barba Photos Shock: Sex on Film Enough for American Idol?

Is sex on film (or at least on a memory card) enough to get American idol contestant Antonella Barba unceremoniously dumped from the popular Reality TV show?  Now that photos showing Miss Barbara in various stages of undress and a woman that is identified as her servicing an unidentified male what exactly does American idol do?  Do they pull a Miss USA and boot the contestant?

Miss Nevada USA Katie Rees was caught on film playing with her friends outside a drinking establishment in various poses.  That cost her any opportunity to wear a tiara on the stage for the Miss USA contest.  Her photos were more of a 'girls gone wild' look, while Antonella's are a bit more graphic.  Still, Katie was dumped.

I was more than a bit surprised that Antonella Barba even made the top twenty-four.  Her and her fellow 'Jersey Girl' pal just didn't seem to have the talent - well the singing talent - to make it to the stage for solo performances.  And now that she's in, idol has a tough decision.  I'm guessing there is no way she gets voted off the show this week.

Whoever has those photos is unloading them a few at a time and with each passing day it seems like another few trickle out.  And that means she has received more press than any American idol contestant.   It's not like idol needs the boost, but something tells me there numbers will be a bit higher this week as folks tune in to see the girl that is being slammed into search engines across the world wide web.
