Camp Lejeune Homicide - Jonathan Law, Marine in Custody, ABC

Jonathan Law has been placed in custody involving a homicide in North Carolina, a report from ABC News details.  The 21-year-old Marine private is accused of murdering another Marine at Camp Lejeune.

Eyewitness 9 News has this report, "Officials say Law was a supply administration clerk assigned to 2nd Supply Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Groups, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, NC."

Details are still coming in and "base authorities aren’t releasing information about the victim yet. They are waiting until next of kin have been notified."  CNN adds in a report that no details on the incident were released except that it did not involve a gunshot.

Law joined the Marines in August 2006 and deployed to Iraq from August 2007 to March 2008, the Marine Corps said.
