A photo of former President George W. Bush shows the previous two-term resident of the White House smiling with a bit if a wave and the simple message on a billboard near Wyoming, Minnesota contains only three words and a question mark. "Miss me yet?", the outdoor ad asks.

President Bush left office with abysmal poll rankings and the Republican Party took a beating at the polls in November of 2008. Many blamed Bush for that and with a sweeping victory, President Barack Obama took office with very high approval rankings.

However, just over one year into a four-year term and the president's fortunes have also turned and his poll numbers continue to fall.

But have they plunged enough to miss Bush? And who placed this billboard on Interstate 35? As it made its way through e-mail, many believed it was just a digital fake, or a Photoshop hoax, but it appears someone has made the purchase to send a message.

CNN News has actual video here.

"At first glance, it would seem to be from some person or group who isn't thrilled by President Barack Obama's performance so far," NPR reported. That sounds like a fair assessment.  It is still not clear who made the purchase.
