(Photos, Video) Armando Alvarez, a corporate vice president for Best Buy, said he upgraded to a first class ticket for a flight on United Airlines using his frequent flier miles. He was scheduled on a flight from Dulles to Connecticut. They didn't want him in first class because he was dressed in a track suit. Is this a quasi wardrobe malfunction?
Man Denied First-Class Seat for Puma Track Suit
Sort of. He is whining and this quote is delicious. "If this happened to me and I'm a United Airlines Red Carpet Club member then I believe it's happening to other people and this must stop," Alvarez said on Fox.

Oh the humanity! Did Armando Alvarez just try his best Rosa Parks for middle aged guys that still like to run around in track suits?
Video here from City Pages and this quote from a comment after reading the story, "I bet he is the kind of guy who wears sports jerseys in restaurants. This must stop? Are you kidding me? Is this now a civil rights movement? What a loser." Ouch!
The Best Buy executive that has been "violated" can rest easy, there is no dress code on United Airlines, he can "track suit" up and if he gets the right gate agent - he may just get on First Class in that fancy Puma suit.
