Jennifer Hudson would never sign off on anything she wouldn't wear herself.

Jennifer Hudson has unveiled her clothing line and says she hopes it will appeal to women of all sizes and ages.

The Oscar-winning actress gave a sneak preview of the QVC collection in New York on Tuesday night (06-26-12), which consisted of 14 items at affordable prices.

Jennifer - whose weight has fluctuated over the years - said: ''I'm nervous and excited at the same time! I hope the public embraces my line...it's my baby.

''I've been on both sides of the fence. I've been a big girl and now whatever this is, the average size, whatever you want to call it.''

The initial collection is set to launch in September and prices range from $50 - $170. The range includes dresses, tunics, leggings, coats and tops and the most expensive item is a classic grey coat, cinched at the waist with a flare skirt, that's priced at $170.

Jennifer has previously said she would wear every item in the collection otherwise she wouldn't have allowed it to be made.

The mother-of-one said: 'It has to be true to me. I would not sign off on it if I would not wear it.''
