Kanye West's Girlfriend Kim Kardashian Diet and Excercise Routine Doesn't Include Calorie Counting
How does Kanye West's girlfriend Kim Kardashian keep her curvy figure looking good while keeping the extra pounds off? The reality TV beauty says she won't count calories and reveals her diet and exercise routine includes moderation for the intake of food and heading to the gym on "most days" to keep her shape.
Kim admits she eats much more healthily than she used to, but is happy to indulge in whatever she wants when she goes out for dinner.
She said: ''I used to eat a ton of junk food, but there are plenty of fast food places that offer healthy options, so there's no excuse for eating badly all the time.
''Although, when I go out for dinner, I eat what I want. You can't spend your life worrying about calories.''

Kim - who is currently dating rapper Kanye West - works hard to maintain her figure, though she knows she will never be skinny.
She added to Closer magazine: ''I worked out a few years ago I was never going to be one of those skinny girls and, now I've accepted my curvy shape, I feel so much better.
''But I still hit the gym most days to tone up.''
