The 'Shine Ya Light' hitmaker is getting prepared for the British winter by wearing more layers and can't get enough of wearing cow hide to see her through the cold months.

She said: ''It's all about leather pants, I totally love them.''

The 21-year-old singer would also love to eventually release her own fashion line, but is happy to concentrate on her singing career for a few years first.

She added to more! magazine: ''Maybe in a few years time, but I don't want to jinx it. I have some great visions, as me and my best friend have been thinking about it for ages. Maybe one day down the line.''

Rita - who is dating Rob Kardashian - may be known for her colourful, high-end style, but says you can't beat the basics when it comes to fashion tips.

She added: ''My cheapest beauty product would have to be Vaseline. It's a classic.''
