Clooney's super-fit gal reveals she has no real secrets to looking good, she uses a good diet and exercise that makes her sweat to keep the pounds off.
In fact, George's slender arm-candy Stacy has revealed she tries to ''sweat every single day'' to stay fit.
The sexy wrestler-turned-actress and TV presenter - who is still dating Hollywood star Clooney - thinks it's important to exercise on a daily basis to keep a lean figure, even if it is just a small amount each day.
She said: ''My fitness tip is to try and sweat every single day. Even if you can only do jumping jacks for 10 minutes in your house and that's all you can get in.''
The 33-year-old beauty is known for her luscious long legs and reveals eating organic fruits and vegetables is one of the reasons she's able to look red carpet ready at all times.
She explained to NewBeauty magazine: ''I believe that you are what you eat, so I try to eat a lot of organic vegetables and fruits.''
However, although she eschews the importance of eating fresh greens, Stacy recently gave up all fruit in a 21-day Clean Cleanse program - which she says left her feeling better than ever.
She added: ''My life changed when I did the 21-day clean program. I eliminated sugar, fruit, beans, corn and gluten and looked at it like an experiment with my body.''
