Jennifer Lopez likes to travel in style, the fashion conscious singer and actress always tries to look her best when she is traveling.

The singer-and-actress - who is often voted one of the world's best-dressed women - says it's important for her to look good at all times as it makes her feel better about herself.

Jennifer - mother to four-year-old twins Max and Emme - said: ''I like the whole idea of traveling, of looking good, and doing it well. I make it as simple and as beautiful as I can because my life is kind of big. So I pack my luggage, or dress myself, or comb my kids' hair, pick up their clothes - that makes our life beautiful, you know? There's something very elegant in that.''

Jennifer, 43, also revealed how she likes to keep her famed plunging Versace dress - which she wore to the Grammys in 2000 - under wraps even though her housekeeper wants it on display.

She told America's Harper's Bazaar magazine: ''I have that at home. The other day, my housekeeper put it on a mannequin in my spa, where I get my hair and make-up done. She sent me a picture. She was like, 'You like this dress?' Um, yeah, but I don't know if I like it out in the house!''
