Underground butt-injections are common, but illegal.

Vanity Wonder has written a book and claims she has lifted the lid on the underground black market of cosmetic procedures some women and men will try to save some money over actual medical procedures.

The book is not connected with the case, but comes after a report last year of a UK woman who died after getting an illegal butt injection.

The young woman in that case had paid $1,000 for an injection of what she believed to be silicone, the police spokesperson said at the time, according to an ABC News report.

The arrests in some of the other cases often have pretty shocking details.

Oneal Ron Morris (pictured above) was arrested last year following an investigation by the Florida Dept. of Health and they claimed he injected a substance containing cement, the tire sealant Fix a Flat, some Super Glue and other substances into a woman's buttocks to try to give her a boost for her backside.
