The Arvada thong robbers are still on the loose in Colorado. While they certainly seemed like they would belong in the stupid criminals club and might be caught fairly easily due to a disguise that covered very little of their faces police continue to search for two robbers who wore masks made of women's thong underwear. These are the would be pantyhose robbers of the 21st century.

Thong Robbers Wanted by Police in Colorado

One of the men sported a stunning blue mask from a ladies thong and the other a very fetching green one. Not boy briefs, or even bikini underwear, video surveillance show the men wearing the thongs. They stole a stash of cash and cigarettes, which one man stuffed into a pink backpack. The suspects were described by police as being in their 20s. The bandits hit a convenience store in Arvada, Colo.


While stating that the two were charged with a serious crime, Police spokeswoman Susan Medina also noted that the robbers had made a relatively bad choice when it comes to robbery masks.

"There's a plethora of disguises out there: ski masks, character costumes," Medina said. "And, if you're going to wear underwear, certainly there are other kinds that would give you a little more coverage." The suspects also wore T-shirts and pants and were described as in their 20s. One had a tattoo on his left arm.
