Call Girl & Hit Man, Dalia Dippolito (Photos, Video); Clayton Teacher Charged

A former escort is accused of placing a hit on her husband. Police claim Dalia Dippolito wanted to kill Michael Dippolito for his cash. They were newlyweds. Part two of the weekend crime beat is another accused of of hiring a hitman, in a separate case, a Clayton teacher has been charged with a similar crime.

An Atlanta area high school teacher has been accused of pursuing a "hit" on a 16-year-old student. Randolph Forde, a teacher at Mundy's Mill High School is the person identified as the person accused. Follow both stories below.

One - Police have released all sorts of video evidence they say proves Dalia Dippolito gave a police officer $1,200 to buy a handgun for the killing of her husband and asked for the time of the hit so she could create an alibi. Full story here with links to photos and video of the bust.

How did they meet? "She's actually an escort," husband Michael Dippolito said at the August interview with police, which was released this week. "That's how I met her. She came to my office one day. I called her and solicited her to the office and she came."

"After that one time," he said, "we started dating."

Two - According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, officials at Clayton County schools are investigating charges a teacher threatened a student after questioning the teen's sexuality. CNN has more on Randolph Forde.
