Georgia Woman Dials 911 over Bad Mugshot - Busted for Unlawful Use of an Emergency Service
A Georgia woman dialed 911 over a bad mugshot photo and wanted a second take, so she called the emergency only number to complain and ask police to give her another chance at a photo.
The did - after they arrested Tonya Fowler again, this time for "unlawful use of an emergency service," for clogging the 911 emergency line with her re-shoot request.
It wasn't the only time she'd called 911 operators that day, according to the Huffington Post.
Before the mug shot flop, she called to report that she needed a place to keep her sleeping bags, The Smoking Gun reported.
Apparently, the residents of a random house in Commerce wouldn't let Fowler keep her sleeping bags in their home, the item notes.
The 911 calls for non-emergency issues finally added up and equaled another arrest.
"Ms. Fowler contacted 911 earlier today in reference to being upset about a picture," an officer stated in the report.
"I informed Ms. Fowler to contact 911 for emergencies, injuries or violence."
The photo on the left is her second mug shot photo - the one on the right is the first one that she complained about.
Which picture is the best one?
