Nearly nude driver stuns police - gets DWI after car crash.

Catherine Giaquinto was described as a nearly nude driver by police who handed her a DWI charge after a series of bad decisions led to a car accident and an arrest.

The crash occurred at almost 1 am and the 36-year old woman was driving a white Volkswagon Jetta and a 911 call by a citizen reported she had crashed into a stone retaining wall on her property before fleeing the scene.

A police officer stopped the car just minutes after the crash occurred and was stunned to find the driver naked, with the exception of an unzipped jacket.

A report reveals Ms. Giaquinto allegedly told police she couldn’t remember the accident or where she was going.

Since she was naked, with the exception of the unzipped jacket, the officer quizzed her on that as well.

Officer Joseph Pensado said she denied being naked and slurred her words when trying to answer.

The officer then noticed her clothes in the car he asked her to get dressed, which was reportedly a difficult task for the woman.

It reportedly took her several minutes to get her dress on her body and once she did, she had it on wrong - it was on backwards!

She later failed several field sobriety tests, according to reports.

The UK Daily Mail reveals she was finally charged with "driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to breath testing, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, careless driving, failure to wear a seatbelt and a documentation violation."
