Crime Beat Michigan - Oops! It was a very bad night for one man as police say a man accused of stealing a car is still in jail after telling the authorities a tale of trying to buy crack cocaine with a credit card.

It is not known if the credit card the man tired to use for the purchase was stolen, but it has been taken now as the man told the police his efforts weren't rewarded - he was robbed at gunpoint while trying to purchase the drug.


More Crime Beat news - this time from Arizona. CBS News is reporting that two of James Arthur Ray's employees are talking to authorities and will provide information on the "Self-Help Guru" in order to get immunity from prosecution for the case known as the Sedona Sweat Lodge Deaths.

CBS has more here and adds, "Megan and Josh Fredrickson, who worked for self-help guru James Arthur Ray, told police they had no reason to be alarmed when participants in a deadly Arizona sweat lodge ceremony began vomiting and passing out, because Ray told them such responses were to be expected." They cite court documents for the information from the couple.
