The two people aboard the single engine plane were rescued just 30 minutes after crashing their plane into the icy waters.
In Arizona - The murder trial of Jodi Arias is again underway and there may be some drama this week as the accused murderer may take the stand.
Arias is accused of murdering her boyfriend Travis Alexander and the trial is televised and also streams live online.
The case has drawn a lot of interest from court watchers as the killing was especially brutal and many hope to hear Arias testify.
The 32-year old Arias is alleged to have murdered Alexander, 30, a Mormon motivational speaker, by stabbing him nearly 30 times.
Prosecutors allege she also slit his throat from ear to ear in his Mesa, Arizona home in June 2008.
Jodi Arias is also alleged to have shot her boyfriend and police say she pulled the trigger after she had slit his throat and stabbed him 27 times.
What really happened?
Many want to hear from Arias as she has changed her story of what happened on that night several times.
She first told police that she had not been in the home at the time of Alexander's death.
She later told police that two intruders had broken into Alexander's home and that they murdered him and attacked her and now her defense is that she killed Alexander, but it was in self-defense.
Her testimony should be interesting if she does indeed take the stand in her own defense.
The trial begins today at 10:30 Arizona time.
