50 Shades of Grey Movie - Is Mila Kunis the Frontrunner for Anastasia Steele Role?
Is Mila Kunis the frontrunner for the role of Anastasia Steele in the upcoming film 50 Shades of Grey?
A report this week claimed the sexy girlfriend of Ashton Kutcher had jumped to the front of a list of actresses that may be offered a chance to play Ana, the lover of kinky billionaire Christian Grey in the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy.
Steele is described as a pretty blue-eyed brunette who is fresh out of college, and some have argued Mila, 29, is too old for the role.
She's not at the top of any list though, but it is not because of her age.
There is no real frontrunner for the role yet, as much of the buzz about the film is fan generated.
It will still be some time before we know who will play Anastasia Steele as the casting is not yet underway, and according to Gossip Cop, she hasn't been contacted for the role.
Still - plenty of actresses have been promoted by fans as possible casting choices for Steele…
'Harry Potter' star Emma Watson and 'Twilight' actress Kristen Stewart are fan favorites to star in the big screen adaptation of E.L. James' erotic bestseller.
Gather Celebrity notes three more favorites from fans, "Game of Thrones actress Emilia Clarke; Pretty Little Liars cutie Lucy Hale; and White Collar beauty Alexandra Daddario are all fan favorites," a report notes.
And who will play Christian?
Rumors have sprouted that included Ryan Gosling (author EL James says his name came up from a misunderstanding due to a newspaper error) and 'The Vampire Diaries' star Ian Somerhalder is a fan favorite to play mysterious businessman Christian.
More possibilities include White Collar's Matt Bomer as Christian along with Henry Cavill, Colin Egglesfield, Chris Pine, William Levy, Alex Pettyfer, Jake Gyllenhaal, Channing Tatum, and Tom Hardy.
Watch a video teaser trailer below titled 'Meet Mr. Grey' that promotes Matt Bomer as the elusive and mysterious Christian.
