Twilight star Robert Pattinson said that he thinks fans will be "scared" of the film's sequel, New Moon as it gets deeper into the dark side of his character. Robert, 23, plays dreamy vampire Edward Cullen in the hit film series, and has made some revelations on "The Twilight Saga: New Moon".

The film is the second in a series following the smash hit Twilight that starred Pattinson and rumored girlfriend Kristen Stewart. She plays Bella Swan in the films and she is struggling in New Moon without Edward Cullen. The second film will vary slightly from the book, according to some reports, as producers want more of Pattinson in the film.


While Bella struggled to deal with her discovery that friend Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner) is a werewolf, the loss of Edward in the story line left producers struggling as well, as they can't ignore the popularity of Pattinson. Robert reveals some spoiler hints from a storyboard peek.

Talking about the new flick, he said: "It's based on a mixtures of memories and nightmares and there are a lot of surreal elements. Bella has basically gone nuts…" Actress Kristen Stewart plays vampire Edward’s human love interest, Bella Swan, in the upcoming film.


He added: “I get to do some really creepy stuff. It's really, really different than Twilight. Looking at the storyboards I think that a lot of people will actually be kind of scared in this one. "In Twilight, I couldn't really find a way to make Edward scary. I think this one is a lot more psychological."
