The private life of New York Governor Eliot Spitzer continues to spill out into the public through sources leaks and now an affidavit. The "crime-fighting" governor is named in the affidavit, according to the New York Post gossip column Page Six.Com, as is a woman named Temeka Rachelle Lewis and another woman only identified as Kristen.

The skinny, according to the website is that on February 12 and 13 there were a whole bunch of calls placed to the woman identified as Temeka. Client number 9 (many reports have linked that person as Spitzer) wanted to make certain that a deposit had been received.


Now that's just good business, it is always good to check those things out. According to Page Six some of the things discussed were a twenty-seven hundred dollar ($2,700) balance that was owed and this lovely petite Kristin. The even give out the details of the young lady. The website notes that she is "American, petite, very pretty brunette, 5 feet 5 inches and 105 pounds."

The meeting was to take place in room 871 of the Mayflower Hotel and the total that was to be paid was a whopping $4,300. There were all sorts of bank arrangements made and some extra cash as also paid, according to the affidavit, so that "next time' it would go more smoothly without all of the phone calls.


According to the report the rendezvous at a D.C. hotel on the day before Valentine's Day, on February 13. According to the report, she arrived just after 9:30pm and left after midnight and all parties were happy. Page Six reports that "She went on to say that she liked him and that she didn't think he was difficult".
