Alexandra Forbes Kerry hasn't created this much attention since her see through dress showed off her breasts in an eye-popping bra less pose when dad John Kerry was running for president. The news this time is not so good, Alexandra Forbes Kerry has been arrested for DUI.

It is a California arrest in Los Angeles, and Hollywood Gossip has the details. The website cites law enforcement sources that say she was arrested in Hollywood around 12:40 a.m. The 36-year-old film producer/director was pulled over for a traffic stop.


According to the New York Daily News, Kerry was given a field sobriety test and arrested, cops said. "She was arrested for driving under the influence," confirmed Officer Sara Faden. "She bailed out on $5,000 and was released at 5:25 a.m."

She may catch a break, according to the "Celebrity Justice" crew over at TMZ.Com, police took her to the station and then conducted a formal blood alcohol test which showed a level of .06.

According to that report, "The inside word -- the L.A. City Attorney probably won't prosecute Alexandra because generally they won't go after people with under a .08 unless the driving is really crazy."
