American Idol runner up Katharine McPhee is making her pick for this year's champion. The contest is now down to the finals and it is Jordin Sparks, 17, versus Blake Lewis, 25, are the two finalists will be given one more chance to strut their stuff on Tuesday night. Simon Cowell won't predict a winner. But Kat will say who she is pulling for.

Blake Lewis has been dubbed as this year's Katharine McPhee as many believe the only reason he is still around and Melinda Doolittle was voted off was because of his gender and the votes he got for being the last man standing. That was the argument for Kat last season as she stood stunned on the stage as both Chris Daughtry and Elliott Yamin were voted off in front of her.

Now a report from In Touch Weekly details that last season's runner-up told the weekly entertainment magazine at the Z100 Zootopia concert, "I hope that Blake wins. He is amazing!" But even though Blake's her pick, "I think that the person that will actually win is Jordin. Her voice is huge and incredible and she is so young."

Katharine McPhee could be a politician with that answer. Right now, it seems as if Jordin is the heavy favorite among those picking winners. Will she win big as Taylor Hicks did last season?
