Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have exited from France, and reports claim that their stay did not go well. The couple spent a whopping hour or so at an amusement park with the kids, were spotted once on a motorcycle ride and also got in some bowling but most of their ten days were spent a bit stressed out, reports claim.

Angelina Jolie is down in the dumps for a variety of reasons. She is still hurting from the death of her mother and she also is reportedly upset with Brad that their film "A Mighty Heart" tanked. "She blames her sadness on her mother's death, but Brad worries that the cause is something deeper," says a friend. And for Brad's part, he appears to have tired of the constant travel.

And a report from In Touch Weekly claims that insiders close to Angelina have claimed that her doctor is so concerned with her weight loss and her sleep habits that he is suggesting medication. The magazine reports this week that according to insiders, Angelina has been suffering from mood swings, sleeplessness, and a lack of appetite.

One insider cited by the weekly entertainment magazine says that her doctor suggested that Angelina try taking Ambien CR to sleep or Paxil to combat her dark moods.

"Paxil is often used with patients who have a lot of anxiety because it's a little more sedating," explains New York psychiatrist Dr. David Schwam, who does not treat Angelina. To help her gain weight, the insider says that Angelina's doctor recommended vitamins, a diet of more than 1,500 calories a day and a prescription for Megace. "It's used to increase the appetite," says Dr. Schwam.
