Angelina Jolie Lighter Hair Color Debut (Photos) What Did Brad Pitt Spend $5 Million On?
Angelina Jolie debuted a lighter hair color at a recent event, the pillow-lipped beauty was speaking at the 4th Annual Women in the World Summit at the David H. Koch Theater in New York and showed up with some pretty new highlights.
Brad Pitt's soon to be wife also did her good deed for the day, the generous celebrity superstar pledged $200,000 in honor of Malala Yousafzai- a 15-year-old Pakistani girl who was shot by the Taliban in October because she wanted to go to school.
The money will go towards the Malala Fund established by Vital Voices to benefit girls' education.
Jolie's new lighter hair wasn't the only topic for the philanthropic actress - her toes were under examination, according to The Christian Post.
The story notes despite Angelina's newly lightened locks "Jolie failed to finish off her look with a pedicure."
Reports pointed out that the actress was wearing sandals that revealed "appallingly un-manicured" toes (photos here or below in the gallery).
Meanwhile Brad splashed out a cool $5 million on a pre-wedding gift, he bought a yacht.
Pitt reportedly funded the purchase of the vessel after selling a share of his vineyard to winemaker Marc Perrin and can't wait to dock the boat at St. Tropez, which is close to his family estate in France.
A source said: "Brad is super-excited about his new purchase, and so are their children."
Brad and Angelina are expected to marry at their French home next month and the actor is said to be keen to incorporate his new purchase into the celebrations.
The source added to Grazia magazine: "He is now working out how he can incorporate a boat trip into their wedding celebrations, and Angelina fully approves.
"She thinks it would be a great idea to spend some of the day on the boat, given their close proximity to the sea, which the children will love.
"The pair have always said that their wedding day will be all about the kids."
