Brad Pitt is not happy with Jimmy Kimmel a new report suggests. Angelina Jolie is the butt of many an adoption joke (she even got dinged at this year's Oscar's by Jon Stewart) and has been called all sorts of names for her desire to collect third world orphans. But apparently Pitt believes that the ABC late night host went over the line, according to a report from the National Enquirer.

Mike Walker reports it this way: Tuning in to Jimmy Kimmel, famously mellow fellow Brad Pitt – who'd viewed his hilarious FedEx guy cameo in the comedian's show-stopping "I'm bleeping Ben Affleck" spoof the night before – blew his stack when the late-night host suddenly zinged a crack about his and Angelina Jolie's unborn child that Brad felt went way, way over the line between funny…and downright mean!


According to Walker after saying Jolie's publicist had just confirmed her pregnancy because the svelte star "ballooned up to 115 pounds (and) people began to speculate," Kimmel dead-panned: "…And, uh well, how great would it be if she put that baby up for adoption, right?...I mean, you know what? Brad and I were talking, between Maddox and Zahara and whoever the other ones are named, we decided to give this one to another unfortunate family!"

A source close to Brad confided to the veteran columnist: "Brad happened to be watching the show and wasn't very happy when Jimmy talked about Angelina ballooning up to 115 pounds – but when he made the comments about putting the baby up for adoption, Brad felt he'd crossed the line… and was fuming."


According to the report Kimmel, stunned at Brad's angry rant, immediately apologized – repeatedly – saying it was just a joke, and he sincerely hadn't meant to offend. Brad finally calmed down and accepted Kimmel's apology.
