Will Anne Hathaway be the next Hollywood star to have racy photos sold and then distributed online and into e-mail boxes everywhere? A new report claims that her jailbird ex-boyfriend has had several racy pictures seized by FBI and "Get Smart" star Anne Hathaway is terrified that shocking photos of her are about to explode into the public spotlight.

The Enquirer reports this week that they have learned exclusively that her ex lover Raffaello Follieri took naked photos of the actress. Follieri was arrested June 24 and charged with 11 counts of fraud and money laundering stemming from an alleged scheme to fleece wealthy investors who sought to buy and redevelop Roman Catholic Church properties.


The pair have finally split and it appears that the worry for Anne would be how many copies of the photos there are out there and exactly where they are. The report in the magazine describes the photos is detail and claims that some of them were taken by a professional photographer.

If the pictures do exist and are as described it would be a bombshell leak onto the World Wide Web. Hathaway has striped before for film roles before as well.
