Actress Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James will not be spending Christmas with Jesse's daughter Sunny, according to reports. A judge ruled in favor of James’ ex-wife and Sunny's mom, Janine Lindemulder, during the court hearing in Orange County, California.

An onlooker said: "Jesse sat quietly in court and let his lawyer do the talking, while his ex represented herself. "She was told she could pick up Sunny at 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve and return her by 6 p.m. the next day, but her husband, Jeremy Aikman, a two-time felon, won't be allowed to be there."


The Proposal star was not at the hearing, but has been helping her husband to raise the five-year-old since January, when Lindemulder, 39, was imprisoned for tax evasion.

Since her release, Lindemulder, who works as a porn star, has been involved in a bitter custody battle with James and has been accused in court papers of being an unfit mother.
