That was ugly. Dallas Cowboys star quarterback Tony Romo looked like anything but a superstar QB in Texas Stadium on Sunday and his team lost as a heavy favorite to the New York Giants. Blame Jessica Simpson is the chant all over Texas as the buxom blonde is seen by many to be a jinx for the handsome quarterback. But that's probably not very fair as she certainly wasn't around last season when Tony blew it in the playoffs.

Still Cowboys fans are furious with another early playoff exit from their beloved team and lloking to vent. Romo was sub-par at best, making poor throws and even poorer decisions. Is that Jessica's fault? Certainly not, but with passionate Cowboys fans that doesn't seem to matter.


Us Weekly Magazine reports that near a video on "The Jessica Simpson Factor," the Dallas Morning News is running a poll on their site asking, "What do you think caused the Dallas Cowboys to lose Sunday's playoff game?" Simpson is a popular answer.

So was it the Mexican vacation that Tony spent with the whole Simpson clan that took down the NFC favorite to make it to the Super Bowl? It certainly didn't help. Someone of course tipped off the paparazzi and they were staked out and even got a few photos. That kept the whole "Jessica Jinx" joke going throughout the two weeks leading up to the game. Up next week for Tony, lots of vacation time. Will he again be spending it with Jessica?
