Country music singer Brad Paisley (pictured) took a tough tumble face down at a concert and the fall was serious enough for a run to the hospital after the show. The singer and guitar player hit hard on stage as Paisley, a native of West Virginia, was performing in Charleston to promote his latest album, "American Saturday Night."

A fan recorded the fall with a cell phone and has placed the video online here at YouTube. Country Standard Time reports, "On the final note of the encore finale (Alcohol), Paisley fell on stage - he bounced back up, finished the show and thanked the audience and said good-bye."


Brad was taken to the hospital after the show, and has been released and has been busy keeping concerned fans current on Twitter.

He tweets: "Tnx4 prayers,after my fall,I was just discharged from the hospital.Just very very bruised. Nothing broken, had a ct scan all is okay!"

Brad's sense of humor also seems to be intact: "Allright, whoever posts the YouTube footage of it gets a meet and greet. I have got to see it. I hit hard. And I mean freaking hard."
