Breaking Bad Finale Reactions - Sell Walter White's House on Craigslist?
The Breaking Bad finale aired on Sunday and reactions have been fairly positive for the last episode.
One reaction by a local real estate company was amusing, Century 21 posted a fake advertisement for the actual house used in the filming of Breaking Bad.
The series is over - sell the house?
The ad is peppered with in-jokes for those familiar with the Emmy-winning TV drama, which revolves around a schoolteacher Walter White (played by Bryan Cranston) who morphs into a meth cooking, international drug lord.
The hit AMC show, which had its final episode in the USA last night (Sept, 29, 2013) was set and shot in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The Craigslist ad, posted online notes the area is famous for:
"Great local schools with dedicated teachers who take an interest in students.”
A number on the listing leads to a message from Century 21 saying: "The post was our little way of paying tribute, because like you we appreciate excellence.”
The message also admitted that the home is not actually for sale.
The posting also makes reference to the lead character’s vehicles: “Two-car garage for a Pontiac Aztek, Chrysler 300 or both.”
Fans of the show will also notice the significance of: “Water heater replaced in 2009,” and “Secret crawl space great fun for kids. Near airport.”
