Vicky shares her displeasure with Brianna that she was left out of her daughter's wedding.

Briana Wolfsmith, the daughter of Vicki Gunvalson of Real Housewives of Orange County is pregnant with her first child, an insider has revealed to Us Weekly Magazine.

Brianna has been featured more often on the Bravo TV reality show this season and recently revealed she married husband Ryan Culberson while in Las Vegas.

The news shocked her narcissistic mother Vicky, and the 50-year old grandma to-be has complained loudly on the show for the last two weeks about her daughter's decision to get married in Las Vegas, because she was not invited or even told about the marriage until after the fact.

How will Vicky take the news that she is going to be a grandma?

Four months along...

Us Weekly cites an insider who spilled the news about the baby on the way.

"Briana is pregnant and just about four months along," one source spilled to the mag.

Just like the elopement, the pregnancy "was definitely a surprise to Vicki," the source says. "Briana is really happy, and now that Vicki knows, she's really excited too."

Briana overcame a scary battle with thyroid cancer last year; after surgery, she is reportedly cancer-free.

According to the article, she is now planning another wedding to her husband Ryan, a reported "elaborate ceremony" that will happen (and be filmed for TV?) in the next few weeks.
