Bristol Palin wants to make some money off her first Arizona investment and the reality TV star has put her Arizona home on the market to rent for a reported $1,400 a month.

The former Dancing With The Stars contestant bought the Maricopa property just six months ago, but as she is now headed to Hollywood to start filming a new reality show, she has reportedly decided to rent it out instead of selling it.

Palin bought the foreclosure house last December for a reported $172,000, and it could turn out to be a good investment.

The single mum’s home has five bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and boasts a newly updated kitchen and landscaped garden, plus it is just an hour away from her mother, the former Governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin's new digs in nearby Scottsdale.
