The Britney Spears baby pictures drama apparently will end this week. Access Hollywood has an item on its web site that reports People Magazine has the first Sean Preston pictures in this week's issue.

This time - it appears the photos are officially authorized.

People gets the baby photos

In late October a Britney fan site published a contact sheet of the adorable little baby and mom. It lasted for all of about 24 hours and lawyers were called in, lawsuits threatenedand the pictures removed.

Brit had already reportedly 'freaked out' over the sale of the pictures allegedly to People Magazine then as well, according to Page Six. But apparently that's now all settled. (Story here)

Don't believe any tabloid reports of trouble in Britney and Kevin's marriage. As evidenced by the cover of the new People magazine shows us, things are just fine!

With a headline that screams "BABY LOVE," a beaming Britney is shown snuggling with newborn baby Sean Preston, wrapped in a cozy blue and white blanket, as proud papa Kevin looks on.

And as you will see from the cover photo, a grinning Sean has his mom's radiant smile.

Inside the magazine, Britney says she was "ecstatic" at her baby's arrival and that her favorite part of the day is sharing "an afternoon nap" with the little guy.

No actual baby Sean photos are yet displayed on People's web site. In fact - Britney is not mentioned at all. If this report is accurate - and I'm guessing it is absolutely correct, expect to see the photos soon.

The new issue of People magazine hits newsstands Friday.
