Britney Spears has been spotted out of her stint at rehabilitation yet again. The former pop star and mother to two adorable boys is apparently allowed to leave her treatment center in Malibu, California for day tripsand has taken full advantage of that. Her latest trip was for a bit of alternative therapy and a Hollywood favorite that is commonly known as retail therapy.

In what seems a bit like a Lindsay Lohan like 'Wonderland' experience Britney has been spotted out and about nearly every evening but she appears to make it back to the center by a 9 p.m. curfew. While some may argue that Britney needs 24-hour care and a break from the paparazzi, if that is the case she surely isn't getting that.

Lisa Timmons chimes in from 'A Socialite's Life': Even though Britney's been in rehab at the Promises Treatment Center, she's clearly still in denial about her shopping addiction. Girlfriend's been shopping online at shopintuition.com and even took a little field trip to meet up with her cousin, who's been acting as her shopping hook-up on the outside to collect her new stuff. Us reports:

According to witnesses, Spears was in good spirits upon leaving the apartment, even holding up and waving the Intuition bag to show her excitement.

I wonder if there are more crazy hats in that bag o' goodies. I wish we had a picture of a happy Britney on her shopping-high, instead all we can offer you is sedate Britney, probably coming down after the initial excitement of new clothes has finally worn off.
