Britney Spears may have a new guy, even though she's still battling it out with Kevin Federline, her ex hubby. She is in very public battles with K-Fed, her mom Lynne her former manager and now claims that her rehab was unneeded. She checked in right after she shaved her head for the cameras at a salon in Los Angeles.

She reportedly is still furious about that whole affair. It was Larry Rudolph, as you'll remember, that Britney blamed for putting her in rehab earlier this year. She claims rehab was not needed.

According to a report from X17 Online she shaved her head for the drug test, but she wasn't on drugs. Don't read that again, that's the story that is being leaked to the photo agency. The report claims that they have confirmation that the motivation for Britney shaving her head was Kevin threatening to have her drug tested and telling her that marijuana use would show up in hair samples even though she didn't "inhale" but was around Kevin when he did. Britney was so worried about losing her kids, she got rid of the evidence during a particularly emotional night.
