Was Kevin Federline the rock of the life of Britney Spears? She certainly has fallen long and hard since the split and her dad may have noticed. According to a report from Star magazine dad Jamie may be ready to play matchmaker. To him, the only thing left to make Britney’s recovery complete is to reunite her with the father of her two sons, Kevin Federline, and Star has learned that he’s already laid down plans to make it happen.

Britney Spears Looking to Get Back Together With Kevin Federline?

The magazine reports that earlier this month Jamie took his former son-in-law golfing in L.A. and suggested that perhaps Kevin, not his bodyguard, eventually be the one to drop off Sean and Jayden for visits with Britney. And Kevin was open to the idea! According to the source, “Kevin even admitted to Jamie that he still loves Britney.”


The magazine notes that for a reconciliation to happen, Britney will have to work hard. “Kevin would definitely take her back, but she will have to stay on track for a while,” says a family friend. “She was the love of his life, and he’ll never get over that.”

And for Britney, the feeling is mutual. Even though she’s had a number of flings since she and Kevin split – including one with Adnan Ghalib, whom she’s been seeing less of – her heart has always remained with Kevin, says a family source. “In the past, she has called him, crying and pleading with him to take her back, but she was always so messed up.”
