Britney Spears was in Arizona just before her New Years Snoozing Eve in the Nevada desert. While making her way around trendy Scottsdale the partying new mother allegedly flirted it up with Arizona Cardinals QB Matt Leinart.

The former star even allegedly gave Matt a bit of her now infamous nude flash live and in person. A witness at the time dished to E! Online that Britney was "flashing her white butt" for Matt at the Jackrabbit Lounge in Scottsdale.

Fast forward to the weekend. Matt's season is over with the Cardinals as they didn't even sniff the NFL playoffs, so the USC Trojan is off to sunny Southern California. According to a report from Hollyscoop in LA, "Matt and Paris exchanged their hellos and were spotted locking lips," at club Les Deux.

According to a report on the entertainment blog, their sources revealed, “the two were walking around the club holding hands.” The sources say there was definitely something going on between the two. This is not the first hook up for Paris and Matt, the two have dated in the past.

Leinart was even reportedly told by the Cardinals to steer clear of Ms. Hilton before the NFL season began.
